Your $49 purchase is a one-time payment for a digital product that is generated and delivered to you immediately. Because of that, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If a rewrite fails

A run that fails does not consume your purchase — your credit is restored automatically, so you can simply run it again at no extra cost. If it keeps failing, email support@getcallback.net and we will get it working for you.

Before you buy

You can score your profile for free before paying, and you can see exactly what was read from your profile before any rewrite is generated. Use both — they are there so you know what you are buying before you buy it.

Statutory rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel some digital purchases within 14 days. By starting your rewrite you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that this waives that right. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
