Refunds

You pay $49 before you see your rewrite. That is a real ask, so the refund policy is deliberately simple.

If you don't like the result

Email wesleystum1@gmail.com within 14 days and we refund you in full. You do not have to explain why, and you can keep whatever we produced.

If something went wrong

A failed rewrite does not consume your purchase — you can simply run it again. If it keeps failing, email us and we will refund you without being asked.

How long it takes

Refunds go back through Stripe to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Statutory rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have a statutory right to cancel digital purchases within 14 days. By starting your rewrite you agree to immediate delivery, which can waive that right — so the voluntary policy above is offered regardless, and is not reduced by anything else on this site.
